Welcome to the National Property Management Association (NPMA) Saddleback Chapter website 

National Property Management Association, Inc. (NPMA) is the leading membership association for personal property and fixed-asset professionals

NPMA is committed to building leadership through training, certification programs and educational opportunities.

We are a large group of professionals specializing in the management of Government property.   We have members from Boeing, DCMA, General Dynamics, L-3 Communications, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Institute for Defense Analysis, ITT, CAL Institute of Tech, UCSD, Vertigo Inc. Zebra Technologies, NASA, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman Corp, Honeywell International, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Caltech, Cal State Fullerton, Safe Harbor International Relief, SPARTA Inc. 

We welcome all new members and guests!  Everyone is invited to attend our Chapter meetings.  

Our meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month and our locations alternate between Boeing Huntington Beach, Boeing Seal Beach, Boeing Long Beach or Boeing Anaheim.

HISTORY:  The Saddleback Chapter was originally part of NIPMA.  When NIPMA and PAA merged in 1970, Saddleback was one of the charter chapters into the new NPMA association.  Frank McDermid, C.P.P.F. was one of the founding members.

 SADDLEBACK MISSION STATEMENT

To form a non-profit association for the purpose of providing education, programs, material and opportunities that will enable members of the Chapter to learn and apply the principles and techniques of effective property management and to broaden their knowledge in the field through effective interchange of ideas and workings of the NPMA.

PROCTORS:  Saddleback Chapter is happy to announce we have four (4) Proctors available to proctor all CPPS, CPPA & CPPM certification tests.  Please contact one of the following to arrange for your testing.
